Delivery typically takes 1-2 hours within Nairobi. For other regions, delivery time is 2-4 hours. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4 PM.
What bottle sizes do you offer?
We offer bottles in 500ml, 1L, 5L, 10L, and 20L sizes. We also offer water dispensers for home and office use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery.
How do I subscribe to a water plan?
You can subscribe to any of our water plans by visiting our Subscription Plans page and clicking "Subscribe" on your preferred plan.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free for orders above KSh 500. A nominal fee of KSh 100 applies for orders below KSh 500.
Is your water purified?
Yes! All our water goes through a multi-stage purification process including reverse osmosis, UV treatment, and carbon filtration to ensure the highest quality.
